Valentine's Day Cocktails

This upcoming Valentine's Day, shake things up with these fun and festive cocktails. Simple recipes with fresh ingredients that are sure to make you fall head over heels.....in love.

We mixed up our very own love potion concoction with our team using one of our favorite color changing gins! Such a great and versatile spirit to help elevate your cocktail recipes right at home.

Empress Gin is the coolest! It is a nice liquor so tastes smooth but it also changes colors when the ph level changes! That's why the lemon juice works so well to change it from purple to pink!

Change of Heart

  • 1½ oz Empress 1908 Gin

  • ½ oz Simple Syrup

  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Top with Sparkling Strawberry Soda Water

  • Optional: Edible Glitter

Pour the gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker. The lemon will change the color of the gin! Add ice & shake! Strain into a glass and top with strawberry soda! Add a small amount of glitter into your drink! Enjoy!
